Perry is a single accessible room with an en-suite wet room. The room is comfortably furnished with a single bed, bedside cabinet with reading lamp, tea and coffee making facilities, a shelf with a mid-height hanging rail, and an arm chair. The wet room has a shower chair and grab rails, toilet and basin and comes with a supply of fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a thermostatically controlled radiator, opening windows, and an oscillating fan.
This room has an emergency call system to an adjacent room for a carer (please see the access statement on our website for further details). It is situated on the first floor with both stairs and lift access..
Guests also have access to a shared kitchen and dining area, a pleasant lounge with comfortable armchairs and TV, a pretty private courtyard, and free Wi-Fi. An iron, ironing board, and hair-dryer are available. There is ample free parking for our guests, and we are a short walk from Ludlow train station for anyone coming via public transport.
Accommodation is available year-round, except Christmas and New Year, and bookings can be made via our online book system (below).

We understand that personal circumstances can change at short notice, which is why all bookings made via our website are fully refundable. There is no charge to modify or cancel your reservation as long as you do so before your scheduled arrival date and time. If you do not show up without notifying us, however, you will be charged the full amount of your first night's stay.
Please note: Because we are not staffed full-time, our standard check-in times are 1pm to 5pm Monday to Friday and 3pm to 5pm Saturday and Sunday; out-of-hours check-in is from 6pm to 8pm Monday to Friday and 5pm to 8pm Saturday and Sunday. Please note that these times may change slightly during quieter periods. We will notify you of any changes closer to your arrival date. Apologies, but we cannot accommodate arrivals after 8pm.
